Cold Forming

Cetin Fasteners has two types of production parts group. One is standard parts group which are originated mostly from DIN- ISO- EN- ANSI and etc. The other group is mainly hollowed , bush parts and multi-step or shoulder parts, and similar . 

Depending on the parts' complexity , the manufacturing site applies double stroke or multi stationary cold forging in order to finalise the pressing of the parts . Final pressed parts are monitored and recorded on the basis of ERP program.
