Cetin Fasteners A.Ş. As top management and employees, in order
to manage all kinds of risks for our business continuity and information
assets; We are committed to our commitment to the following principles;

Social Responsibility Policy
This policy is issued for the importance
and priority of management , employees and all business partners of Cetin Fasteners
Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in terms of social responsibility principles .
Cetin Fasteners Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
considers working conscious of social responsibility in all of it’s activities
– as an integral part of it’s core values and principles – as one of it’s
managerial understanding’s basic and stable elements .
Our social responsibility policy is
based on our following basic principles :
Social Responsibility Principles

Human Rights
We have
respect to human rights . We are against forced labour and racial
discrimination . We behave equal and fair to all persons . We are sensitive to
all traditions and cultures existing in our geography and we act in conformity
with all legal regulations .
We never
accept any discrimination to our employees due to language , nation , race , skin colour , gender , political view ,
religion , religious fraction , age , physical disability and due to such
personal differencies .
We
believe that all of our employees have the right to work in conditions as per
human dignity and in a healty and secure workplace and environment . Our first
aim is to obtain and to protect our employee’s security .
We
believe that our human resources are the most important factors leading us to
continuous improvement and to leadership . We provide that our employees use
their personal benefits equally and fairly , we behave honestly to our
employees without discrimination and we commit safe and healthy working
environment to them .
2. Working conditions
2.a. Preventing child labour ; securing special
protection for young labour .
In Cetin Fasteners Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. factory , child labour is not
allowed to be employed and cannot work at any phase of the production . Our
company obeys to the laws regulating the legal minimum age of workers . We
commit not to employ people under age 15 , except it is legally allowed by the
labour laws to employ in terms of apprenticeship , internship and for trainee
purposes .

Fair wages , payments and social services
We commit to pay employees‘ salaries
based on such wage levels considering our employees’ and their families’
expenses to live , not to pay any salary less than the legally allowed minimum
wage as per law , to determine fair salary levels , to pay the wages on time , to
pay the overtime wages as described in the relevant legislative regulations and
to act as per social services which we are obliged to fulfill according to
valid basic laws .
2.c. Working hours
Working hours are in conformity with the
valid relevant laws . Overtime work is applied only in cases that the employees
make voluntary overtime work .
2.d. Preventing forced labour and avoiding
compulsary service
We never create an environment of compulsary service and we never apply
any discipline regulations based on physical force .
2.e. The employees’ rights to organise as
union members and the rights for collective agreement
Our employees have the right to make frequent talks with the company’s
management about the working conditions
without having prejudices that such talks with management could have any
negative results . Our employees also have the right to organise together and
to be registered as members of a trade union / labour union , to appoint a
representative in a trade union / labour union and to be elected as the representative / delegate
in a trade union / labour union .
2.f. Labour health and safety
Cetin Fasteners provides security and safety to it’s employees in all
activities in it’s factory and workplaces
at least as per labour laws requirements , protects the health of all of
it’s workers and tries to improve the working environment continuously .

3.a. Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
policies
In the company Cetin Fasteners , none of the
employees and authorised or unauthorised staff accepts or proposes any gift ,
money , personal interest , personal gain from / to any other person in or out
of the company – that would affect other person’s behaviour in a positive way
and in favour of the proposing person’s or company’s personal and corportate
interests – under any condition .
3.b. Preventing discrimination and
complaints mechanism
Cetin Fasteners evaluates it’s employees’ job performances and their
abilities to fullfil the given tasks by the management , but never considers
it’s employees’ genders , nations , racial origins , communities they belong ,
skin colours , disabilities , their labour unions , political views , religions
, ages and never creates disadvantages for it’s pregnant
employees . Cetin Fasteners has also
established a mechanism which is collecting
and montoring it’s employees complaints and suggestions regularly .

Responsibility and Sustainability
Cetin Fasteners manages the environmental
impact arising from it’s activities with
a high sense of responsibillity .
To avoid pollution and to protect the environment
, we have determined nature-friendly policies and standards and we have
educated our staff accordingly .

at every stage of raw material selection , production and service
activities to reach environmental
principles and targets by obtaining the necessary technical , fiscal resources

Cetin Fasteners also encourages all of it’s
business partners to act in conformity to the above mentioned environment

product by using the materials and technology that are compatible with the

Ethics Rules Policy
Ethics Rules Policy
Cetin Civata A.Ş. is to promote honesty and ethical behavior
as a fair relationship in their interactions within the company and with the
outside world.
The minimum standard for ethical conduct expected from our
employees is compliance with existing laws and regulations. Employees are
always expected to know about this Policy and act within its borders and work.
Each employee is expected to make good decisions and receive advice from the
supervisor or legal institution about situations where they are not sure and
are right to make good decisions to comply with Cetin Civata laws and existing
regulations. Violating any condition of this policy can lead to legal action,
including dismissal.
Although certain compliance with this policy is necessary,
exceptions may arise. Under the conditions deemed appropriate by the TECDE
board, a waiver of this Policy may be granted. If any employee thinks it is
appropriate that this policy should be waived, it may be notable to the General
Manager after the approval of its directors.
In addition, the following policies/principles are part of
this policy.
Anti-Corruption
Employees will not offer, commit or pay bribes to any
foreign, local and local method and / or public official, or claim, take, accept
or otherwise violate existing laws relating to fighting corruption and bribery.
